Aglio Olio is one of the go-to, easy-to-make dishes for pasta lovers made with three basic ingredients: pasta, garlic and olive oil. Try this version out with your shirataki noodles of choice for a low-carb version of this Italian classic!Author:
Pork or Chicken Sisig (optional but preferred)
1 head garlic
1 packet of AMAZING LOKARB Fettuccine or any pasta variant of your choice
Red chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic until lightly brown or fragrant.
Add the pork sisig and tomato. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add red chillis. season based on your preference.
Add a little olive oil when needed. Turn off heat.
Add back the pasta to your sisig mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Add in some grated parmesan cheese and basil leaves. Transfer to a pasta plate and serve.
