We do not currently sell our products in retail stores to reduce costs and make our products more affordable to you. 

Unopened pouches do not need any refrigeration – you can leave them in your pantry. Once opened, you can keep unused or leftover noodles in the fridge for up to 3 days.

You can keep any unused noodles in the pouch (or in a plastic ziploc bag with a bit of water) in the fridge for up to 2 - 3 days.

The shelf life of unopened noodle pouches is 18-months from the date of manufacturing. The long shelf life is due to our use of retort pouches which undergo a similar sterilization process as traditional canning (i.e. high heat)..

Our noodles are ready-to-eat. Simply drain the noodles in a fine mesh strainer and microwave for 1 minute. Or you can place the pouch directly into boiling water for 5 - 7 minutes (a great alternative for campers and outdoor enthusiasts).

No - we do not use GMO ingredients in our products.

Our noodles are made using only 3 ingredients – konjac flour, water and calcium hydroxide (limewater) in an FDA compliant facility with international food safety certifications. Note that our rice noodles includes an additional ingredient (tapioca starch).

No - unlike most other shirataki noodle brands, our noodles are odor free by using high quality Japanese konjac flour and sterilized retort pouches.

Our noodles are neutral in taste and are therefore best used with flavorful cream sauces and curries where the texture of the noodles will stand out.

Yes, all our noodles and rice are gluten-free.

Our noodles do not contain pork or lard. We expect to have our Halal certification completed in early 2021.

Our noodles are produced in a facility that uses peanuts, soy bean and sesame.

All orders from the US are shipped via standard 3 - 5 day US Postal Service.

We use Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) for warehousing and order processing.

We currently ship our products within the US only.
