Aligue fried rice or crab fat fried rice or is a Filipino classic fried rice dish vividly colored orange by crab fat! This yummy, modified-for-keto dish is made by one our followers with shirataki rice!
1 packet of AMAZING LOKARB™ shirataki rice
5 pcs prawns (chopped)
1/4 cup crab paste/taba ng talangka
1/4 pc lemon
Salt and pepper
Chopped spring onions for garnish (optional)
Heat the pan with Evoo. Saute garlic until fragrance.
Add onion. Saute until becomes tender.
Add chopped prawns. Saute for 5 mins.
Put butter in the pan and let it melt. Add Amazing Lokarb Shirataki rice. Stir fry for 3mins.
Add crab fat. Stir and fold until all ingredients are well blended.
Squeeze the lemon. Continue stir-frying for 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Topped with chopped spring onions and crab fat.
